Meet Our Team
Robyn (Ritter) Browne, Au.D., CCC-A
Robyn received a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree from James Madison University in 2016. Prior to that, Dr. Browne was a science teacher in the Richmond area after she had earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University (CCU). While at CCU, she competed as a scholarship athlete; earning Team MVP, Conference Champion and All-Academic honors. She is dually licensed as an Audiologist and a Hearing Aid Specialist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds a certificate of clinical competency through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Browne prides herself on providing quality, individualized, and personable care. As someone that has hearing loss and wears hearing aids herself, she understands the struggles of living with hearing impairment and the difficulties experienced in adapting to hearing aids. Dr. Browne was voted as one of the best Audiologists in the Richmond VA area for ‘bedside manner’ in the 2018 edition of OurHealth magazine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and mountain biking.
Kelly McElligott, Au.D., CCC-A
Kelly received a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2017. Dr. Kelly is a native to Knoxville, TN and worked for an Ear, Nose & Throat practice for six years prior to joining Inspired Hearing Solutions. In 2024, Kelly took a break from the world of audiology to travel Europe for the year. Traveling the globe and experiencing different cultures was a once in a lifetime opportunity; however, she is excited to get back to being a practicing Audiologist.
Dr. Kelly is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Virginia and holds a certificate of clinical competency through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has worked with a wide variety of patients of different ages, backgrounds, and degrees of hearing loss. She most enjoys counseling patients through their hearing loss and hearing aid journey based off their personal concerns and expectations. Dr. Kelly is a very knowledgeable yet personable and compassionate provider and strives to always give patients the best of care. Since she is new to the Richmond area, Dr. Kelly spends most her days exploring her new neighborhood with her dog.
Deanna Clunie, CPC, CPPM
Deanna began working for Inspired Hearing Solutions in February 2025 as the Office
Manager. Deanna is a Certified Professional Coder and a Certified Physician Practice
Manager. You won’t necessarily see Deanna at the front desk or talk with her on the
phone as she works behind the scenes on administrative duties so Dr. Robyn and
Dr. Kelly can focus on you, our patients. Deanna grew up splitting her time between
California and Tennessee and now resides in Midlothian, VA with her sailor husband of
38 years. And, she just became a first time Grandma!
Tammy Wilkinson, AAS
Tammy began working for Inspired Hearing Solutions in March 2022 as our Patient Care Coordinator. She quickly became an invaluable part of our team and is now our Office Manager. Tammy is the helpful voice you will hear when you call the office and the friendly face that will greet you when you arrive. Our patients find her to be friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. Many attest that she puts them at ease and makes them feel very comfortable. Tammy was born and raised in Massachusetts where she also received her Associates of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She now resides in Midlothian, VA with her husband and two college-aged children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free-time.
Harrison Koontz, B.M.
Harrison has been an Audiology Assistant with Inspired Hearing Solutions since May 2024. You will likely encounter his pleasant demeanor when you are in need of a hearing aid cleaning or quick repair of your devices. He is available to provide a helpful hand for any urgent hearing aid needs requiring same-day or walk-in service. He is also responsible for many behind the scenes tasks that help to maintain efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient service. Harrison holds a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz Studies from Shenandoah Conservatory and he has performed and worked with many musical groups throughout Virginia. He spends much of his weekends, providing piano lessons and as an accompanist for his local church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his young daughter.
Sherri Moore, B.S.
Sherri joined Inspired Hearing Solutions in March 2024 as a Medical Biller and Receptionist. She works hard behind the scenes to verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims. She also helps to ensure that the office is running smoothly by assisting with patient check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, collecting payments, and the list goes on. Sherri keeps the office environment friendly and upbeat. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from Norfolk State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and socializing with friends.
Welcome to our Office
Inspired Hearing Solutions first opened its doors in November 2020. The office is conveniently located in North Chesterfield Virginia in the Shops at Amberleigh Village. You will find us near the intersection of Hull Street Rd and Courthouse Rd, just past Rockwood Park heading toward Richmond and located in a small shopping center near Sheetz. We are adjacent to optometrist, Dr. Nina Cox.
Our building is handicap accessible with ample parking.
